    Yes. We pull permits with the City of Redmond, City of Bend, Deschutes County, and other local jurisdictions, and we coordinate every inspection through project close-out. Our CCB license (#241934) is on every permit application.
    What's the typical timeline for a general construction project?
    Most whole-home renovations run 3–6 months and new builds 8–14 months, depending on scope, permitting, and material lead times. We give you a written schedule after the design and estimate phase and update it weekly.
    Do you provide fixed pricing or cost-plus estimates?
    We work with fixed-price contracts for defined scopes so you know your investment before we break ground. Any change orders are priced in writing and approved before the work happens.
